Delete your Cluster Headache Tracker account
You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, at any time, in the app or on the website. There's no need to contact us.
In the iOS or Android app
- Open the Account tab and scroll to Delete account.
- Enter your password and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You're signed out and the account is gone.
On the website
- Sign in at clusterheadachetracker.com.
- Open Account Settings and scroll to Delete account.
- Enter your password, choose Delete account and confirm.
Want to keep your history? Export it as a CSV file from Account Settings on the website first. Deleting can't be undone.
What gets deleted
This immediately deletes your account, logs, photos, medications, doses, share links and feedback from our database. Encrypted backups made before then may still contain your data until those backups are deleted.
Can't sign in?
If you can't sign in, email us with your username and we'll delete the account once we can confirm it's yours.
